Think happy thoughts! Changing your thoughts can change your life. I have spent the last year focused on changing the way I think about things and the results have been amazing! You can easily make your life happier by consciously changing your thought habits.
One of the first things I did was spend five minutes every morning before I got out of bed thinking of what I have in my life that made me happy. It was hard at first because I had to get up at 5 to get ready and then commute an hour to work. Many times I felt like crying when my alarm went off but I would force myself to turn things around. Instead of thinking how I hated getting up at 5, I’d think, “I’m so happy that I have a job where I can get out early to be home with Tyler.”
CHALLENGE: I want you to start doing the same thing. Start focusing on happy thoughts. Leave a comment with one thing in your life that bothers you but change it to look on the bright side. Then list 5 things that just make you happy. Let’s be happier together.
