I was excited when I was approached to do a review and giveaway of a Lumnique Candle. I’m not typically that into candles but I have made a goal to relax and enjoy my life more and lighting candles just seems to go along with that intention.

The first thing I had to do was pick my candle. I headed over to their website which is visually appealing and easy to use. There are five steps to creating your personalized candle. First you pick one of about thirty intentions such as sympathy, passion, or harmonious home. Next you select you color. There are fourteen colors to choose from with a little color swatch next to the name so you know exactly what you’re picking. Third, you choose your scent. There are three scent categories with over fifty scents with descriptions to choose from. Then you choose your package which can either be the standard set or the deluxe set. If you are sending this as a gift I highly recommend spending that extra $5 for the deluxe set. It just takes the gift from a really nice present to something absolutely extraordinary. Finally, you create your personalized message to send along with the gift.

When I received this package I felt like I was getting something so luxurious because the packaging was so luxurious. They have thought of every detail to make this a special gift, including a matching card and matches. It really puts this company in line with other upscale retailers whose gifts are just as much about their product as the way it is presented. This is the perfect gift for someone who likes quality or if you need a gift for someone you’d like to impress.
Lumnique Candle Quality
After my experience with the website and presentation of the product I had no doubt that this would be an amazing candle and it did not fail to disappoint. It is elegant in its simple glass container, the color is beautiful and the scent is light and not overpowering. I had the night to myself and lit the candle, drank a glass of wine, took a bath, and painted my nails. I felt like I was at the spa! What a sumptuous experience!

Each Lumnique personalized candle is manufactured using a clean-burning soy candle wax blend and cotton wick, environmentally friendly color dyes, and natural essential fragrance oils that retain their scent while the candle burns. We do not house any premade candles in our inventory. All of our soy wax candles are created and poured individually after an order is placed.
