Hopefully we’re all still sticking to our New Year’s Resolutions. I didn’t have one particular huge resolution but I believe in replacing unhealthy habits with healthy ones. Nothing huge at a time, just little baby steps so you’re steadily moving toward your goals. For example, last year I replace drinking soda with drinking water. I never ever thought I could kick my cola habit but six months later, I never touch the stuff:)
My latest habit changer is replacing dessert with healthier snacks including Yoplait Greek 100s. I love Greek yogurt and theirs is only 100 calories. I was hesitant to try it because I’m really picky and usually don’t like low calorie options but this yogurt is delicious! I couldn’t tell it was low calorie.
I’ve put it in the blender with mixed fruits of all kinds including bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. One great combo was frozen mango, avocado, almond milk, and a vanilla Yoplait Greek 100. With that said, I think my favorite is just raspberry Yoplait Greek 100 with fresh raspberries on top. Soooo good and so simple!
